Michael Vescera has been around (Loudness, Malmsteen, Roland Grapow), and he’s back with another personal album. Featuring a team of fabulous musicians, impressive compositions and his... upper hand on creating songs as well as recording, producing and mastering. An album moving along the Malmsteen-ic motif, having songs with baroque themes and staccato playing. Whether it’s about midtempo songs the likes of “Crossing the line”, or fast trax like “Hands of fate”, their performance is satisfactory, with Mr. Vesceraproving he has a fantastic voice. A voice that’s “full”, clean when needed, rough where it should be. One could say that he’s a fine Graham Bonnet student, yet Vescera has his own identity and seal in whatever he does. Let us remind you that he’s also an incredibly gifted pianist, just check out the epilogue and you’ll understand. Fans of fine heavy rock will love it, it’s so melodic. Pay additional attention to the guitarists. Two of them have been discovered by the singer himself. Costas Koulis
