American rockers Alter Bridge have finished work on their sixth album, which will be released this fall. The information came through a tweet from the band’s bassist, Brian Marshall, who posted that the recording and mixing of the album is completed and that the artwork is “looking sick”. Mark Tremonti talked about the direction of the album in a recent interview on Audio Ink Radio: “”trying to come from a different place. It’s hard to explain. I’m trying to make it not be the same,” he said. “We always try to reinvent ourselves with every record… But I’m trying to make it sound a little different than it has in the past. We’ll see how it turns out.”
