Second album from the Athenians and the progress since their previous album three years ago, “Bring Out Your Dead”, is more than obvious. Progress in composition as well as in the production of the album.
First of all, the songs sound better and more complete. Their melodic death metal/metalcore hasn’t changed, but they seem to know better what they do regarding their past. More brutal, with better vocals, better melodies and bigger variety among the songs that stick easily to your head. Of course we must mention that Tuomas Saukkonen (Wolfheart, ex-Before The Dawn, ex-Black Sun Aeon) played a big part in this album. He took over the recording, production and mastering of this album and also lend his voice with some additional vocals. The fans of melodic death metal won’t regret listening to it. Greece has to offer many quality releases, and this is one of them.
