Soundgarden is back on active duty, but frontman Chris Cornell is still willingto make room in his schedule for another band from his past.
Cornell, who formed the supergroup Audioslave with Rage Against the Machine members Tom Morello, Tim Commerford and Brad Wilk between 2001-07, tells Total Guitar that he’d welcome a reunion.
“I think it would be great,” said Cornell. “We did a lot of songs, and with the benefit of not having done anything with those guys for so long, I can’t imagine what it would be. It would be a really amazing experience just to get back and work with the same guys again.”
