The Athenian band returns with a sophomore effort. I am not sure if I can call this release an EP or a full length album due to the fact it’s too long for the former and too short for the latter option. In short, this is a record consisting of 7 songs plus an introduction. Regardless of the technicalities, “Closure” is a good suggestion of technical, angry, modern metal with a remarkable attention to the compositional aspect. E1en displays a wide arsenal of musical virtues that are necessary in the modern state of heavy metal with a clear inclination towards the extreme sound (although the guys seem capable of producing music for a wider metal audience).

“Closure” is a good foundation rock for E1en and I am sure that their evolution as a band could be really interesting…we will watch them closely…that’s for sure!
