ΔΕΛΤΙΟ ΤΥΠΟΥ Η επανασύνδεση των Crimson Sunsets είναι γεγονός!
Ύστερα από 17 ολόκληρα χρόνια η μπάντα επανασυνδέεται (με τα 2/3 της αρχικής σύνθεσης) για να κυκλοφορήσει την πρώτη της ολοκληρωμένη δουλειά, μιας και μέχρι την διάλυση της , δεν είχε καταφέρει κάτι τέτοιο.
“Crimson Sunsets is a death doom rock band from Athens Greece, originally formed in 1994. In 1996, they released a 5 track demo titled ” A Furore Normanorum Libera Nos Domine “. It was released in cassette form and it is considered a classic among Greek underground metal fans. The sound of the band in the early years was influenced by bands of the Scandinavian death-metal scene such as Bathory, Entombed, Edge of Sanity and Amorphis among others. The following years the band performed a great number of live shows and gained a reputation within the Greek rock scene for combining heavy music with prog rock and avant-guard. The band split in 2002 and its members joined or formed other bands such as Deus ex Machina, Slavebreed, Sugah Galore etc. In 2017, the founding members of Crimson Sunsets joined once again and decided to record a full length album close to their original doom death sound of the early years. The album is going to be released in 2020 under the title “Sic Semper Tyrannis”.
