Bonhams will put on auction a notebook owned by the late Queen singer, Freddie Mercury, this summer for 50 to 70 thousand pounds. Mercury kept this notebook for the last three years of his life and in contains lyrics for 19 songs that were included in the band’s albums “The Miracle” (1989) and “Innuendo” (1991) including “The Show Must Go On”. The auction is scheduled for June 29th and according to Bonhams specialists in entertainment memorabilia it’s a very special case as usually song’s lyrics are written on a piece of paper, so having an actual notebook with three years’ time of work is really exceptional.
