According to the band’s guitarist, John Hottinger, who talked to radio station 98.9 The Rock, Halestorm’s new album is going to be rock’n’roll. “We’re making a rock and roll record. We have a new producer, and he’s made some of our favorite records”, Hottigner said. Halestorm are currently working with Nick Raskulinecz with whom they recorded their new material at Dark Horse Recording in Nashville.
