Band was formed by ZP Theart, the former DragonForce singer; he and guitarist Jacob Ziemba wrote and produced the songs and sent the package to Roland Grapow, who arranged mixing and mastering. Kewl, I just read they recently got amazing drummer Phil Martini (Down ‘n’ Outz, Tokyo Dragons and – naturally – The Quireboys), who’s a really cool dude and does a heck of a Sean Connery and Roger Moore impersonation!

Melodic Heavy Rock, with Metal blasting and catchy choruses. Remember when we were talking about the mighty “Heavenly ecstasy” by Pagan’s Mind? Well, this is one of those albums, only ΖΡ’s voice is even more radio friendly! I’m listening to “Silent genocide”, the first video for the album and “Stay a while” and I notice that choruses contain lots of Rock for the masses, featuring double bass drumming and tons of solid gear. Dude, this is one fantastic riff over “In the air tonight”! Chorus is pointing to glam bands, yet it is so perfect that we DON’T care! I do believe the boys are gonna destroy the stage over Bloodstock Fest; I’ve got a couple of friends going there, I’m gonna be all over them for more details.

Ballad “King in the ruins” is cure, nothing more though. “Dust 2 dust” features some Prog themes as well, ΖΡ’s voice is visiting high frequencies and then it’s more of that super theme… One more song to get stuck with. Oh, before I go I gotta tell ya… This album is actually history in the making as it is the first one ever released in USB stick solely.

Χαριτωμένη η μπαλάντα “King in the ruins”, τίποτα περισσότερο όμως.
