Iron Maiden are among the artists set to be inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame this year. Also being honored in the “Performer” category of the Class of 2026 are Phil Collins, Billy Idol, Joy Division/New Order, Oasis, Sade, Luther Vandross, and the Wu-Tang Clan.
Maiden’s manager, Rod Smallwood, stated: “We would like to thank the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame for including us (as well as the former members who were all part of our history) on the 2026 inductees list. For Iron Maiden, our relationship with our fans has always been above all else, including industry awards and accolades. However, that doesn’t mean it isn’t always nice to have our achievements in the music industry recognized and honored as well.”
We remind you that Maiden were eligible—according to the Hall of Fame’s bylaws—to be inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame as early as 2005. The induction ceremony will take place on November 14.
