Joe Satriani will celebrate 30 years as a recording artist with a retrospective tour that’s setto launch in February 2016.
Timed to coincide with the 30th anniversary of his debut LP, Not of This Earth, Satriani’s Surfing to Shockwave dates promise to dig deep into his extensive catalog; as the press release announcing the tour puts it, “The shows will highlight music over Satriani’s entire career, including songs the legendary guitarist hasn’t played live in over 20 years.”
