Cheap Trick shared a new video for “When I Wake Up Tomorrow”from their upcoming album “Bang, Zoom, Crazy… Hello”, which is out on April 1st. “This song always reminds me of a sultry David Bowie song,” Rick Nielsen told Rolling Stone. “I liked it from the first time we attempted to do it. It’s just a moody, interesting piece with some heavy guitars in the middle. The last line is ‘Are you gonna be here when I wake up tomorrow,’ and then Bowie passed away after we recorded it.” The album is going to be the band’s first since “The Latest” from 2009, as well as their first without Ben E.Carlos behind the drumkit, who was replaced by Nielsen’s son, Daxx. Carlos is expected to reunite with the band for their induction in the Rock’n’Roll Hall Of Fame for which Cheap Trick has been eligible since 2002.
