Progressive rock act Riverside announced that guitarist Piotr Grudzinski passed away this morning. No specifics on the death were released, but Grudzinski was just 40 years old. Riverside just released the latest album “Love, Fear and the Time Machine” back in September 2015, having played ProgPower USA in the same month that year followed by a U.S. tour. In a statement on the band’s Facebook page, the band commented: “In our deepest pain and disbelief we would like to inform you
that our dearest friend and brother Piotr Grudzinski has passed away this morning. We kindly ask you to respect the privacy of his family and friends.”
