Another dig in the past from Century Media, like the one with the Germans Dark Millennium who we presented here. Sindrome from Illinois, are a bit different situation though.

Sindrome were founded back in 1986, disbanded in 1993 and released only two demo cassettes, “Into The Halls Of Extermination” in 1987 and “Vault Of Inner Conscience” in 1991. Each one of them was re-released in 2002 in limited edition vinyl from a very small label and this year for the first time on CD. This very nice release features all of their songs (plus one from the sessions of the first demo) in a very nice package that includes lots of extra stuff like photos, liner notes, lyrics and their complete story. All of their songs are of course completely remastered from the original tapes and as a bonus there is a previously unreleased live CD from a show in 1988 while supporting the mighty Death. Their style is death/thrash metal with more emphasis on the death part, reminding many classic bands from that era. Quite logical, because their second demo was recorded in the legendary Morrisound Studios in Tampa, Florida. A very interesting release that will please many fans of that sound.

Finally, the word resurrection in the album title does not mean a reunion, because the members stated that something like that is not on their plans.
