Mercury Studios has released Emer Reynolds’s documentary about Phil Lynott “Songs For While I’m Away”, which was screened in our country at the Gimme Shelter Film Festival.
The film is articulated with interviews with former Thin Lizzy members Scott Gorham, Eric Bell, Darren Wharton, but also James Hetfield, Midge Ure, Huey Lewis, Adam Clayton (U2), Suzi Quatro, and the former Lizzy manager Terry O’Neil. Also speaking are his daughters, Sarah and Catherine Lynott, and his wife, Caroline Taraskevics.
