PRESS RELEASE:

Following a busy summer festival schedule where Blaze Bayley has played his Iron Maiden 25th anniversary setlist, the West-Midlands singer has today released a 9 minute epic lyric video for the song ‘Eagle Spirit’ – the concluding track from his ‘Infinite Entanglement’ trilogy of albums. The trilogy was released consecutively in March of 2016, 2017 and 2018.

Blaze has been touring relentlessly to promote the trilogy, following up with a double live album and DVD release in March 2019 entitled ‘Live in France’. After worldwide shows in the first half of 2019, covering Latin America, North America, Europe and UK, Blaze has taken the opportunity to celebrate the 25th anniversary of him joining Iron Maiden as singer. The celebration has been marked with a series of summer festivals playing an Iron Maiden setlist with songs taken exclusively from his two albums with Maiden – X Factor and Virtual XI.

Substantial praise has been received for Blaze and his band –

Sweden Rock magazine (at Sweden Rock Festival) – “Blaze’s band is tight and punchy. 9/10”

Powerplay magazine (at Rock The Coast Festival, Spain) – “a winning set.. the first notable highlight of the weekend”

Rock Hard magazine (at Headbangers Open Air, Germany) – “if two Rock Hard employees are shedding tears of joy, then something very special must have happened.. the Birmingham fighter has always been a frontman of world-class calibre”

Blaze is currently touring the UK on his ‘Tour of the Eagle Spirit’, with the flagship show at London, Underworld this coming Saturday 31st August. After a very short break he heads off to Europe for 13 shows in Netherlands, Germany, Poland and Czech Republic. The 2 nights in Brno, Czech Republic, will be recorded for a further double live album and DVD. After that, Blaze heads to France to play 4 more Maiden anniversary shows, then a trip to play shows in Greece in December will round off a busy year.
