Those Scandinavian dudes totally own the art of AOR and nobody can touch them! They rule the game! Xorigin is basically the acquaintance of two gentlemen, Johannes Stole and Daniel Palmqvist; they met during their music studies in the USofA. The Swedish and the Norwegian sat down, had a lil’ talk, found out they’ve got many common interests and decided to play fine AOR music, based on the standards of the bands they admired (Journey, Toto, Harem Scarem, TNT, Foreigner and a whole bunch more) and… Well… That was it! You know how these things happen.

Before minute one passes we know that we ain’t gonna be confused. From the first chords we understand all about the style, the motif, the plan. Guitars sound the AOR way and keyboards act accordingly and we get to listen to some fantastic melodies, featuring a lot of “AAAAAA, OHOHOHOHOH, YOUOUOUOUOU”, yeah, a lot of that! Remember “The Karate Kid” soundtrack? Remember where you were keeping those photos from your school years, with the big hair and all? Yeah, it’s here again… Especially that “In the blink of an eye”… Peter Cetera is listening, loving it and feeling so proud…

Frontiers has prepared a trailer for the band; there is also a video for the song “Can’t keep running”. Take a listen; it’s totally representing the general style of the album. The voice colour is superb and the guitar sounds so virtuoso-like.

LUVITΙ! Amazing music, spicy and all, fabulous AORgarsm! Where are those photos again?
