According to the United States Patent and Trademark Office Gene Simmons has abandoned the application for a trademark on the “devil’s horns”. Simmons filed a request on June 9th paying 275 dollars to use the hand signal symbol for “Entertainment, namely, live performances by a musical artist; personal appearances by a musical artist, an action that he was slammed for by rock and metal fans anc caused the reaction of ex-Dio and wife of the legendary singer, Wendy Dio, who established the devil’s horns.
