Most of you old-school Metalheads reading this one, those of you dealing with American classic Metal and Power Metal, might know these guys from New Jersey. Some of you remember them from the 80’s; their debut had been released in 1984, then the band released a few albums in the 90’s and then they called it a day till their reunion, in April 2009.

Spotted elements which point at Jag Panzer and Brocas Helm and the 80’s England… Furious playing and lyricism, epical vocals and acoustic intermissions…

Fans of good ol’ Metal will definitely have a drink on them guys… Whilst listening to the album – by the way, I think the title is simply poetically amazing – I found myself reminiscing about “those days”, desperately seeking those cassettes… I loved it and I just couldn’t care less about the bad snare or the somewhat “underground” production. Songs are pure, they are Metal, they are original! Good and solid voice, fine orchestrations, smashing guitars. Don’t need anything more, to be honest with you… I wouldn’t put just one song under the spotlight although “Glory Hunter” is already being promoted, yet I would love to mention the artistourgimatic instrumental “Vengeance”, which succeeded in getting us back in time. A whole twenty seven years back, to be exact! Yeap, couldn’t ask for more…
