I can’t remember when was the last time that I’ve wasted my precious time on reviewing an album. This is supposed to be heavy metal with various folk instruments and a slice of electric guitar in the background. “Tales of the Sands” is the third studio album by the Tunisian band. This must really be the popular metal sound of their country with a few prog elements scattered here and there. This is a truly repulsive sonic sample and I am truly sorry if my negative comment saddens the band or their management but this album can’t stand beyond the frontiers of Middle East or Northern Africa. I am sure that this could be a good album in Tunisia…as for the rest of the world…no way!
