This is one Londoner band totally deserving our attention and listening time! Quartet has signed with Earache in 2010 and started working on their new (third) album the following year. I would like to remind you here that the band was formed in 2007 and they worked with legendary Chris Tsangarides on their sophomore album, “Insurrection Rising”, whilst mixing on this album was done by huge Scott Atkins (Cradle of Filth). Scott is present here as well, as the album producer this time…

Mega Metal, featuring spending riffing, attacking playing and even Trashy firestorms (Carnival of souls). Maidenish, Slayerish, parts of Armored Saint and Bay Area strokes… Violent voice and anger. Bass is introducing “In thought alone”… Bass drum and hi-hat, acoustical trips, voice is “behaving” the way we were expecting… Maaan, we love this voice! Tempo is rising and then they blast with dynamic chords and another beautiful riff. Naturally I’m not going to commend on the solos, the skills and all cuz these peeps are amazing professionals and production is presenting them as it should.

Plus, let me share with you the following. This is something you don’t get to see every day. The band and their label are giving us the chance to download the album for free, to listen to it and write down our opinion, before the release date! Another “different” idea we hope it will bring up the necessary fuzz around this album, which must attract lots of attention. Btw, I’ve left the album alone for quite some time now and “The accuser” is taking over; a Thrash beating is in order, reminding us of majestic past times. I’m sure that Warrel Dane would love to sing this one… Almost-nine-min-long “The mask of anarchy” is the last song of the album, a song totally meeting our highest demands. Epical, baroque, elegantly double bass drumming over chorus, featuring lyrical parts and wild beauty. Listen and invest now!
