Probably this is the most magnificently devilish piece of music I’ve heard for many months now. I’m impressed by its diversity and by the fact that the lyrics are all about the occult but without coming to be watered-down and without crossing that thin line of ridiculousness.

Don’t expect an extreme metal album. On the contrary The Devil’s Blood plays 60s-70s –styled rock combining all those elements that had marked out back then such as the amazing solos, psychedelia and the doom rock riffs. One can be seriously obsessed with the melodies and mostly with Farida Lemouchi’s remarkable performance. Her voice is truly unique.

It is one of those very-very few times when I suggest an album to all rockers and any metal fan as well. I can also suggest it to everyone who is in a creative mood because “The Thousandfold Epicenter” is a source of energy and I bet a force of evil has something to do with it….
