Greek guitar virtuozo Irene Ketikidi recently shared an instrumental song titled “Rambler” played live with her solo band Mofoland. For this particular song she was was selected to perform live at Steve Vai‘s masterclass at London’s Olympia Guitar Nation 2010, where not only did she receive great comments by Vai but also gained the attention of exclusive onlookers Neil Murray and Phil Hilborne. In 2013 she released her solo album, “Martial Arts & Magic Tricks”, while has been a featured artist in the biggest trade shows (Namm, Frankfurt Messe) alongside companies like Orange Amplifiers, Rotosound Strings, Klotz Cables, Xotic & AudioTubeWorks Effects, Gruv Gear Accessories and XVive Audio, and is currently touring with her solo band and recording new material. As an educator, Irene contributes tuition columns to Guitar Interactive and Live4Guitar.com and has been a guest instructor and course writer at the 2010 and 2011 International Guitar Foundation courses in London.
