This is the return of the undead, rotten, necrophile, punk metal, Murderdolls co-founder, Wednesday 13 to his personal band for his fourth full length album of original material.

Wednesda 13’s recipe stays the same. Simple and essential punk rock, grainy vocals, melodies that have less than three minutes to get into your brain, that’s how long the songs last, themes drawn from horror zombie B movies, high school pranks, and wet dreams, killers, psychos, weirdos, maniacs and other cool stuff like that!

Certainly, Wednesday 13’s music is not going to change the world, and I don’t think that’s his intention, but it will surely give some new thrills to the fans of the band, despite the fact that this album is a bit inferior that its predecessor, “Skeletons”. It seems that the frontman’s involvement with the re-united Murderdolls and other side projects (Gunfire 76 –check out the one and only album they’ve got so far “Gunfire & Tragedy”-and Bourbon Crow) had a negative effect against his personal band. However, there are several tunes here that are going to become fan-fave’s, like Silver Bullets”, “Something Wicked This Comes” (the line:  “when I hear hey-ho, I scream let’s go” says it all, I think!), “Candle For The Devil” and “London After Midnight”.

So, if you dig horror punk, and all the others genres and sub-genres, you better check this one out, if you haven’t done so already – the album was released in October 2011-, while if you are not yet familiar with what Wednesday 13 is all about, I’d suggest you pick up the first album “Transylvania 90210” as a more representative sample first.
