Gene Simmons will perform on April 26 at the Summer Breeze festival in São Paulo, Brazil, with his solo band, in his first live performance since the final KISS concert.

The backing band consists of Brent Woods (Sebastian Bach, Vince Neil) and Zach Throne (Corey Taylor) on guitars and Brian Tichy (Whitesnake, Billy Idol, Foreigner) on drums. Simmons’ last solo performances took place in the US, Europe and Australia in 2018. At the time he played KISS songs, material from his 1978 solo album and covers of Beatles, Little Richard and Chuck Berry.
