Glenn Tipton joined Judas Priest on stage at the Birmingham Resorts World Arena last Tuesday (March 19).

The Judas Priest guitarist retired from touring in February 2018 due to the progression of Parkinson’s disease, but remains an official member of the legendary metal act.

As promised when he announced his retirement from touring, 76-year-old Tipton has made numerous guest appearances with the band over the past six years and also remains active in the recording studio.

Amidst an enthusiastic atmosphere with the crowd going wild, he performed in the band’s hometown and birthplace of heavy metal to close the set with the iconic “Metal Gods” and “Living After Midnight”.
