John Thomas former guitarist for legendary Welsh Budgie passed away on March 3rd as it was announced by the band’s drummer Steve Williams. Thomas was a member of the band from 1979 to 1988, having played on “Power Supply”, “Nightflight” and”Deliver Us From Evil”. He returned for two years in 1995 and another time from 1999 to 2002. The reason he left the band finally was his health which was affected by a stroke he suffered. R.I.P.
