Vardis are back with a new album, titled “Red Eye”, which is out on May20th via SPV. The artwork was provided by legendary Graham Humprheys, who is famous for working with Hammer Studios and making the posters of “Nightmare On Elm Street”, “Basket Case”, “Evil Dead” and “Evil Dead II”. The album will be available on digipack, red vinyl and digital download with two bonus tracks on iTunes. The last studio album release from Vardis, “Vigilante”, dates back to 1986, while their current lineup with Steve Zodiac (guitar, vocals), Joe Clancy (drums) and Martin Connoly (bass), who replaced Terry Horbury who died of cancer last December, played its first show in Greece at Up The Hammers XI festival on February 26th.
