Silent Winter were formed in Volos in 1995, having released two demos, ” Silent Winter ” (1995) and ” War Of An Angel ” (1997). They play melodic Heavy-Power Metal with strong influences from bands such as Stratovarius, Helloween and Gamma Ray. After 19 whole years they returned in 2018 with their self released EP ”The War Is Here ” and in 2019 they signed to Athenian record company Sonic Age Records for the release of their debut album ‘The Circles of Hell’ which saw the light of day in late May 2019.
