Axl Rose broke a bone on his foot and needed a surgical operation during which a plate and screws were installed. Commenting on his injury Axl wrote on Twitter: “This is what can happen when you do something you haven’t done in nearly over 23 years – Internal Fixation.” According to TMZ the injury was sustained during “Mr.Brownston” at the Troubadour show, when the singer fell. Despite that the last night show in Las Vegas wasn’t cancelled, as the singer will be wearing a cast and the stage would be adjusted in order for him to perform with the band. According to orthopedic Dr.Rachel Triche “he will be limiting the weight on the front part of the foot for about four weeks and we’ll let him gradually progress from there so we can get him back to his stage-ready action.”
