DEEP PURPLE’s latest album, “Whoosh!”, has entered the official U.K. chart at position No. 4. According to Billboard, it is the legendary rockers’ 11th Top 10 effort and the band’s highest-charting album since 1980’s chart-topper “Deepest Purple”. DEEP PURPLE’s previous album, 2017’s “Infinite”, peaked at No. 6.
“Whoosh!” was released on August 7 via earMUSIC. The LP was once again helmed by Canadian producer Bob Ezrin (KISS, PINK FLOYD, ALICE COOPER), who also worked on the band’s previous two studio LPs, “Infinite” and 2013’s “Now What?!”
