Frontiers announced the formation of a new supergroup with Steve Di Giorgio (Death, Testament), Chris Caffery (Savatage, Trans-Siberian Orchestra), Tim “Ripper” Owens (ex-Judas Priest and Iced Earth) and Mark Zonder (Warlord). Ripper and Caffery will write the songs, while Roy Z will help with writing, producing and mixing. Due to the band members’ commitments with their bands there is no release date set yet, however the first songs are being written and ideas are exchanged between the guys and the first impressions mention influences from Savatage and Judas Priest.
